Cash on Arrival
Cash payment (USD or VND) accepted at the meeting point on the day of tour
VNPAY: Supports domestic Vietnamese bank cards (ATM/debit), international Visa/Mastercard, and QR code payments.
Bank Transfer: Account details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Please include your booking reference in the transfer note.
Cash: Accepted in USD or VND at the current exchange rate. Exact change is appreciated.

Payment Process
Our standard payment process is as follows:
Step 1 – Submit Booking: Fill in the booking form on our website or contact us via WhatsApp/Facebook/LINE with your desired service, date, and group size.
Step 2 – Receive Quote: We will send you a confirmed price and availability within 2–4 hours during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Sun).
Step 3 – Make Payment: Pay via VNPAY online, bank transfer, or arrange cash payment on arrival.
Step 4 – Receive Confirmation: After payment is received (or confirmed for cash bookings), we will send your booking confirmation with all details.
For online payment via VNPAY, you will be redirected to the secure VNPAY payment page. We do not store your card details.

Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in USD on our website. Payment is also accepted in VND at the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
Prices include all service fees, guide fees, and equipment unless stated otherwise in the specific tour description.
Prices do not include personal travel insurance, tips, or optional add-ons.
Group discounts may be available for parties of 10 or more — please contact us for a custom quote.
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed in your booking confirmation is guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when:
For online payment (VNPAY): Confirmation is sent immediately after successful payment, typically within 5 minutes.
For bank transfer: Confirmation is sent within 2 hours of us receiving and verifying your transfer.
For cash on arrival: A provisional booking confirmation is sent upon your request. Full confirmation is given when cash is received at the meeting point.
Your confirmation email will include: booking reference number, service details, date and time, meeting point address, and guide contact information.

Payment Security
All online payments are processed through VNPAY, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam.
We do not store, process, or have access to your card number or bank account details.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our server.
If you suspect any fraudulent activity related to your payment, contact us and your bank immediately.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your online payment is declined, no charge will be made to your account. Please try again or use an alternative payment method.
For bank transfers not received within 24 hours of your booking request, we may release the reserved slot. Please contact us with your transfer receipt if there is a delay.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank for international transactions.
