About Our Services
Hoi An Basket Boat provides the following tourism and travel services in Hoi An, Vietnam:
Basket Boat Tour: Authentic coconut basket boat experience at Bay Mau coconut forest.
Cooking Class Tour: Hands-on Vietnamese cooking class combined with a basket boat experience.
Airport/Hotel Transfers: Private car transportation between Da Nang Airport and Hoi An.
All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Booking & Reservations
When you make a booking through our website or via messaging channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, LINE), the following conditions apply:
You must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact details, number of guests, preferred date).
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email or messaging.
Prices displayed on the website are in USD or VND and include all service fees unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Group bookings of 10 or more guests require at least 48 hours advance notice.
